I was wondering if anybody else here signed up and downloaded the lectures from David Wolves website thebestdayever.com. I have been trying to be 100% raw for 4 years but find it very hard. I have difficulties staying raw. But after listening to his tapes I have learned so much and it all started to make so much sence, so I found them very helpfull. So the jest of it was that we should mostly focus on remineralizing our body again, because we are mostly deficient in all the minerals we need. I started adding lot of green juices and salads and supperfoods to my diet and I am starting to feel stronger.

Hey cool thanks for sharing that information loveraw! Since the last couple weeks I have been including more greens and some chlorella and I think it really does help a lot for balancing the body out and feeling stronger.

thanks for responding, I am glad you notice to. Lot of the times I was focusing on fruits and and nuts more and I now realized that my body does not do well on that alone, I have to have predominately greens

Yeah I can definately relate! It's hard sometimes when it seems like all I crave is fruit or nuts but that has been changing lately. I am torn because I don't know if I should just eat what I want and not worry about it or if I should always make sure I have some greens everyday. It's nice to have superfood around for when I am out of fresh greens or forget to eat them etc. Ideally I don't think it is needed but if you are really busy or lazy etc I think it is a nice back up. What kind of greens do you usually eat? I mostly just do spinach and some different kinds of lettuce because that is all that I can find but I would love to try Kale or other mineral rich greens.

I just got this chlorella stuff which is all pure pressed tablets from a company called Keimling I think keimling.de is the address but I am sure there are other companies in the US who sell chlorella you just have to research brands a bit because some companies steam or heat process the chlorella. I am really loving this stuff and I am hoping to order more before I go back to the US. A bottle of 600 tablets at 500mg each is around 55euro so it is expensive but a jar like this SHOULD last a person for 5 months or more (though I am popping these pills like there is no tomorrow so it won't last me as long lol). The other superfood I started using is called Green Vibrance I think and has a ton of different stuff including chlorella and spirulina and wheatgrass etc but I am not sure if it is totally all raw though I am pretty sure it is mostly raw. This is about $30 for a 30 day supply but I don't use it everyday so it would last longer. I think Alissa has some superfood too which is probably better quality and I know NFL has some that is probably very good too.

oops I was gone for a while. I usually have my green drink in the morning and just try to use one apple or carrot to sweeten it. I put celery in it which I found from the tapes is a great hydrator for the body and has natural occuring sodium which the cells need. Also try to put like kale in it or a cucumber. Later I have supperfood shake from Garden of life and I do put banana in it sometimes with coconut water which really tastes great or a nut butter and for dinner I try to have salads with lots of different greens. I love arugula or dandeline greens too. I love bitter flavors unlike some people in here I guess :o . I guess I am strange that way. I buy the supperfood from Garden of Life because my Food Market sells it. But I would love to order the Synergy greens from Mitchel May's site. It suppose to be great for nerve tissue regeneration and I have some problems with my hip, which I hurt doing yoga. Cholera is suppose to be great your body might be craving it. It suppose to clean blood. The other thing I have learned that the body has a natural taste valve. That is why we cannot overeat on raw. Once it does not taste good it means the body does not need it, so it seems that you do.
