Sorry, this gets kinda gross, but this is the only place I know to ask about this. I started having major detox symptoms including flu-like symptoms, aching all over, headache, sore throat, feverish. Then I started getting severe diarrhea. It was almost constant with a few breaks and it was the kind where you have to be really close to a bathroom all the time to make sure you don't have an accident. I have just been resting and letting myself get cleaned out, but I really need to go back to work. I teach special ed, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade, and can't be staying in the bathroom. I have been out of school since last Wednesday. I was wondering if there is a way to slow down the detox a little, just so that I can function at school. I really don't want to take meds but may have to so that I can go back to work if it doesn't clear up today some. I ate some cooked vegetable soup last night to try to slow it down and it did for a while, but as soon as I go back to raw, it starts again. The cooked also caused me to have bad heartburn and gas. I'm going to try putting Lifewave patches on Stomach 36 point today, but was wondering if anyone has any advice. I don't really want to stop it, but need to slow it down enough to be able to work. While this has been going on, I have been mostly just drinking water except for a green smoothie yesterday and one today. I have been really nauseated as well and have not felt like I could eat anything.

W/out knowing what you are eating ~ I'm guessing ~ so! Bananas have been known to slow down something like that; also, if you can get some liquid acidolopholus (sp) and put it in some unfiltered (make your own so it'll be raw ~ if you have a juicer available) apple juice....or, just find out when you wake up this morning that it's stopped? (Well, you wrote that at 6:15 a.m. so I'm assuming it's still going on?)

If food is making you nauseous, then don't eat. Just be sure to drink plenty of water to stay dehydrated and give the above a shot.

Thank you so much for your advice! I will definitely try that and keep the info in case this happens again. I'm really feeling good about so much detox but some may have to wait till a little later. Thanks again!
