Okay I think I figured it out. I cut a small zucchinni and and medium zucchinni into 1/4 slices. The medium one came out crispy, the small chewey. I put them on the teflex sheets at 4pm turned several times before going to bed they were done at 8am this morning. Also being from Maryland I sprikled some on one side with "Old Bay." Now I don't know if the seasoning is considered raw but YUMMY! It really gave them a kick just like UTZ crab potatoe chips. Okay not exactly like UTZ chips but really good.

Did you say.. "Olde Bay"
My home.. My home....
I turned dh onto Olde Bay YEARS ago. I've not used it in months now, and I don't think it can be considered "raw" - and the salt they use is processed, also... ( not a celtic or a himalayan).. but.. yeah.. you're right.. ( I'm restraining myself at this point from the childhood memories of on the water )..
Okay.. I'm back now..
Yesterday, I finally tried some Garam Masala - from Frontier - and if I were to mix in some celtic sea salt in there and a bit of cayenne, I could get it to taste pretty similar ( not toally, but .. close ).
