Does a person need certain nutritional advice for particular ailments or does
going on raw automatically cure everything that ails you? If there is a book that can automatically cure you of ailments - what is the name of it? I need recipes that are quick and easy - I don't have time to prepare food.

Also, I have joined a raw food group and eating some of the raw food has caused me to become sick - ie. broccoli, zucchini, and butternut squash? Have you heard of this happening before?

You need to buy Alissa'a book and dvd.
This site is good for info; but the book answers much more.

you also said you dont have time to prepair food; but sooner or later you must make time; nothing is that simple and easy

Hi Renee and welcome to the forum!

I just wanted to say to you that, in truth raw food doesn't "cure" anything at all! The body is designed to heal and regenerate itself from the inside out. But because we are/were putting things into it that either hindered that process or just made it near impossible for the body to do so, we end up sick and diseased.

Once we STOP putting toxic foods or dead foods into our bodies and begin putting live, healthy, nutritient-dense foods IN, our bodies can begin cleansing out all the old stuff and healing itself as it should.

Now, there are MANY various ailments that people have had success healing by no longer eating dead foods and taking in live foods...but there are times when a disease has gotten so far gone that even switching to raw foods they may have a better quality of life, but are not completely and totally healed of whatever ails them. This is rare, though because I've seen some pretty major things be overcome once someone switched to a live foods way of eating such as cancer, MS, diabetes, heart disease and more!

Alissa's book contains both quick/simple as well as more involved recipes and it's a great tool because it's not JUST recipes, but there is other information that will greatly benefit you!
