I've been thinking the past few days about the wonders of water. Not only does it rehydrate and refresh, I'm sure it has helped cure or alleviate a number of my minor annoyances. Even eating a water-rich diet, I crave it more now than ever. Perhaps because it never tasted so good to me before as it does now!

I can slowly sip 2 large glasses of cold water to relieve a headache.
I'm certain that drinking lots of water has softened my skin.
Ice cold water calms me when I am anxious or upset. (I don't know why, but I have found this to be true. Perhaps it "clears my head".)
I think that water has definitely helped to improve my eyesight.
Water makes me regular.

What has water done for you?

Beautiful Autumn. Water has allowed me life! Yeah!

Have you ever read Your Not Sick Your Thirsty?
or Your Bodies Many Cries For Water?
Eye-openers.

I have been looking at my iron-filled well water lately, wondering, if I start drinking it, will I get lovely red hair like Autumn? It makes everything else red!
