Hi everyone,
I've just about got all my ingredients together to start week one in Alissa's book but no one in my area has any macadamia nuts for the fettuccini alfredo recipe. What nut can I substitute for the macadamias? Also, I can't find fresh basil anywhere,Would it be alright to substitute dried and if so how much dried equals 1 cup of fresh basil?
