What is your favorite marinade for greens?

How about for vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower?

do you have any good dip recipes that I can use with broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, celery tray?

I love broccoli marinated in olive oil, red pepper (raw?), garlic, braggs (not raw).

My favourite marinade/salad dressing is hemp oil (or whatever oil you choose), apple cider vinegar, agave, fresh ginger (juice from pressing ginger in garlic press), and cayenne.
SO good!
I sometimes add garlic or parsley/other herbs if I have time or feel like having a different flavour. I use this dressing on all my salads/greens. I had to play with the proportions a bit until I got the perfect combo of slightly sweet/vinegary/and spice.

Thank you ladies. I just purchased some heavy greens and hope that the marinade will make them more palatable.

I will also try this on the broccoli. I couldnt get any broccoli today because the organic broccoli was limp. Not very fresh.
