Ok, here's a new idea I had today...

A "Poop Chart"

eh, eh??? What'da think???

My little girl's bm's are becoming WAY more frequent, however still not enough. I make a big deal about it saying how healthy it is to get the poop out of our bodies and how healthy they are for pooping everyday multiple times.

But so I'm thinking a star chart on the back of our bathroom door. Do a "doodie" get a stare on your chart...plus with the three of them it's hard for me to keep track to make sure everyone's doing what they should be doing, so this will help me with a visual.

I remember as a little girl I use to NEVER want to go #2...it was the most vile, disgusting thing on the face of the earth to me!!! Well that caused me great problems. I don't want that for any of my kids.

I'll post back to give you all our "poopie report" ha, ha, ha.

I think it's a good idea. I had one when I was little because I would hold in my BMs and my mom wanted to be sure that I was going everyday. I didn't like the chart, but that was because I didn't like going #2.

I wanna doodie chart!

Whenever I come out of the bathroom and share my successful doodie accounts with my husband, he always yells, "WHAT DO YOU WANT - A PRIZE!!!??"

HAHAHA!

Great idea Truthseeker, I second what Carmel said!

what a great idea! my son was also holding his bms for a while. now he just digressed back to the diaper for bms only and he seems to be doing ok. but using a chart like that may help me get him back on the potty (he's 2 1/2). thanks truthseeker!
