What can I do with raw tahini?
I bought it for the first time and now dont know what to do with it.

I add some lemon juice and water and make a great dressing in my Magic bullet mini-blender. Some add garlic and other spices too but I am too sensitive for that just yet. Try it to your desired taste. It is a great dip thicker and a great salad dressing with more liquid.

I made the mistake to eat it plain and man it was bitter! :eek:
