I absolutely LOVE raw pistachio's...they are so addicting!
Actually I just placed an order for 5 lbs. from Jaffe brothers online.
I use to get them from a local organic food coop who ordered
it from Jaffe's...so I just decided to order direct. I should of ordered
more cause I know my friend will want a couple of pounds of my order.
I keep them at work to snack on a lot. They go out of season in the summer/fall till November and I have been out and missing them.

And yes, I believe the ones in the stores are all roasted/toasted
even from Whole Foods; I haven't really looked around though.
