I finally got the chance to try a really great chocoloate pudding recipe, and test my coconut allergy at the same time. So far, nothing has happened with my allergy, but I haven't had the chance to eat too much of the pudding because of the texture - it's a bit grainy, either from the coconut meat or from the powdered carob. It seems that my blender is less than adequate when making smooth things like pudding. Would a better blender fix the problem or am I doing something else wrong? The Chocoloate Pudding recipe is from "Raw Food, Real World"; I realize it's not completley raw, but, since I'm not yet 100% raw, it's merely acting as a transitional food (and something I'm most likely not going to eat much at all).
Thanks so much!! :)
