Durian

It made my house smell funny..I had it in the refridgerator and I wasn't sure if it was bad or if that is the way it smells..I did try it I hope I ate the right part of it (the middle) I think its an aquired taste for sure.

Hi Noodle,
Though I've never actually eaten a Durian I have heard first hand from others who have that, indeed, it does have a smell that is quite pungent and might make you think it's gone bad (it hasn't) and that it is indeed an acquired taste. . . It is the middle that you are supposed to be eating, too.

they just smell that way! my mom use to eat them all the time when i was young and they reminded me of stink bombs! the more you eat them the more the smell doesn't bother you...or at least that's what my mom would tell me! :p
