Does anyone know if Ezekiel (sorry if the spelling is wrong) bread or cereals are cooked above 110 degrees? Their products talk about being sprouted and a special slow baking to preserve the sprouts, or the nutrients. I have the box if anyone wants to know exactly what it says. Just curious if anyone knows. Thank you.

Sarena Rupp,
yes, they are cooked at higher temps/above raw temp., after being sprouted. I remember emailing and asking them once. You could sprout the same ingreds and dhydrate into bread though.
