View Full Version : I am so proud! I just have to share this.

When I first posted here I was 2 weeks about 95% roh. I lost only one pound then. But today, 3 weeks and 2 days, I went again on the scale at the gym and I lost 4 lbs!!! I went from 162 to 158! I am sooo amazed. All that with never going hungry and a lot of honey and nuts and other sweet and high fat food. The past year I could not lose one pound, even with moderate exercise or vegetarien food. I am so proud of myself. Now I'm digging through my 'too small' suitcase and it don't seem impossible anymore to fit into a size 10 soon (I am a 12/14, with a strong tendency to 12). If you'd asked me 5 month ago, I would have told you that with 42 my bikini days are over and from now on it goes down hill. How could I be so brain dead? I even started to get the rosy glow and whiter eyes.
Here is the only downside: It seems like it melts of my bust first. That was the only thing I liked about being 'bigger'. Please tell me there is a root out there I can eat every day that makes the belly melt and lets me keep my bust :D

Congratulations! If you find that root you could do an infomercial. :p
Hey save those 12/14s for me! I hope to get there in about another month, by then they will be falling off of you :)

I'm so happy for you. I bought new skirts ( huge sale on 'em ) the other day. Oh yeah.. I'm looking hot in size 10's at almost 5'8". So.. get through your 12's ( I have lots for ya )...and as I march down to my fave size, 7, I'll just keep handing you what I have. ( whoooo..)..Unless you wanna race ( grin ).
It took me a bit to get from size 10+ dresses ( tight ) to the size 10 pants - I'm naturally curvey and hourglass, and my glass was getting stretched out in the middle too much.
My eldest daughter ( 15 - severe gi tract disease ( undiagnosed..but docs demanded diet change first - and insulin resistant like her diabetic mother )... went from a size 17 ( ) to a size 10 since September. She's gorgeous!
Ya know, I just realize something the other day. My husband said he'd like to see me down to 125. However, raw people realize that raw weight is carried in the body differently... I'm 25lbs heavier than I was when I was wearing size 10's before ...s00.. But, if I should ever make it down to 125 ( sounds scary ).... I'd have lost OVER 100lbs.
That just floored me.
Raw is fun. You go girl!
