This is a great tasting soup. Unfortunately, I can't give out the recipe. It is from Sarma Melngailis.
I did, however, create a special avocado-lime sauce as a garnish that I can give you. I add it in a zig zag pattern across the top of the soup to give it some color. Here is the recipe for my avocado-lime sauce garnish...
Avocado-Lime Sauce
1/2 avocado
1 small lime juiced
enough spring water for the right consistency
blend above ingredients until you obtain a pourable sauce, but not to thin
You then either make zig zag lines across the top of the dishes you are garnishing, or you make little spot patterns, etc.. You be the judge.
