The most dependable place to get them is in your own kitchen. They are so easy to make and you can experiment with so many flavours. You can trow some on before you go to bed and wake up to a nice smelling kitchen in the morning.

Lydia's Organics makes great crackers. NaturalZing is a great place to get them from.

I have found Livin' Spoonful and Dr. John's Vitacrisp varieties at local area food co-ops and natural food stores. If they do not carry the products, see if they will order them for you in bulk.
As for online orders, a few places I have found are gorawcafe.com, rawfoodfocus.com, oneluckyduck.com, gimmegoodstuff.com, highvibe.com, naturalzing.com, drjohnscrackers.com, livinspoonful.com, eatraw.com, Nature's First Law, and The Raw Bakery.

Found a new place, some good bulk prices if you search too... and they offer a catalog.
