Every year my MIL goes out of her way to make TONS of different confectionaries. My husband grew up with this tradition and I have tried to always make stuff for him. This year I want to have some really yummy RAW sweets as well. I am making room in the freezer. Could you share your favorite sweet recipes? If they are in a book you can say the name of the recipe and the name of the book (page number too if you remember). I want some good tried and true stuff. If you can post the recipe online (even better!). Also, if you modified a recipe (like a cake recipe to be tartlets that can be eaten individually please share the modifications you made).
Thanks so much for your help! My MIL will be joining us the day after Christmas and I really want to introduce her and FIL to raw treats. :) FIL really needs it for his health (cancer 6 years ago and a heart attack last year and now back pain). And these are the only treats the kids will be getting this year. Thanks.

Hi Paula,
Simple things for christmas everylikes are dates with a nut or nut butter in the middle.
The Cheesecake recipe posted here is great. I posted a brownie recipe that is awesome. Julianos Raspberry Tiramisu from the uncookbook is great. Everyone seems to love the Date Nut Torte.

What uncook books do you have?
Have you tried the indexes in them?
Alissa's book "Living on Live foods" has a lot of super delicious recipes, I would just buy that, and make them all, why limit yourelf? LOL
Actually her Date Nut torte you could make into baby tortes. is to live for page 483,
Her Blueberry pie, you could just make these into tarts.page 484
her Banana/papaya pudding mmmmm page 485
You could place them into small tart shells made out of the blueberry pie crust recipe
I personally LOVE her choclate turlles page 486
and her black forest cake gets raves, again just make into baby cakes, page 488
Everyone loves her fudge balls page 491
And I love her cannoli page 492
her walnut fudge page 501 is great
Pecan pie page 501, could be made into baby tarts
Her toaster tarts on page 504 & 504 could be made into baby tarts
Almond butter balls page 510
Nut brittle yummmmy page 510
chocolate cake page 511
Elaina's cinnamon Rolls with frosting page 514, if you don't dehydrate them they are better
and our ever favorite banana ice cream page 516, you can add any nut or flavoring or fruit or chopped bit of above raw candy to this, mmmmmm
Anyway, I just looked in her book, and I know she makes great things, all of the above are truly delicious. as either I have personally made, them, Dragggon has made them, or a friend has made them and I've tried them.
yummy
