Dehydrators

I want to buy a dehydrator but since I live in Canada I am subject to buying only from one Canadian dealer (Hallelujah Acres). They only have the 4-tray in stock right now. I was wondering what the benefits of the 9-tray dehydrator would be against the 4-tray one. I am basically a single person eating raw in my family and my mom eats raw sometimes but only when I make stuff.

I am single right now ( my husband is in Nigeria :mad: ) and I have the 9 tray simply because you can make a lot of things and store them i.e. crackers, cookies, nut loaves. I have not master the breads yet with the exception of the Onion bread. You can even warm up Chill while the other items are uncooking.
