greetings,

I wanted to know some recipes without the dehydrator, blender etc...
If you can share some here that would be nice. For anytime of the day, for adults/children. Also, I haven't purchased alyssa's book yet because I want to be able to make things without all that equipment, does most of her recipes require some ?
thanx

http://www.alissacohen.com/recipes.html

has a free sample of recipes from her book. None of those recipes listed require a dehydrator.

I own her book and over half of the recipes don't require a dehydrator.

One of my favorite recipes is the Indian Spinach Dip, which, if you click on the banana and type it in, you'll find it.

If you don't at least have a food processor to blend some of the ingredients with, some of them will be difficult to do.

But you can chop and mix your own salads and things as well.

Hi,
Just to let you know, I don't use a food processor for a lot of the recipes - just a simple old blender does the trick for a lot of things. . particularly smoothies, dips and sauces.

Many Blessings,
Karen
