Well "Hello" again everyone!
I sure did miss this forum while in Florida for Thanksgiving break. I fell off of the wagon (so to speak) and have been having a hard time getting back on, but tomorrow is a new day & I am committed to starting my raw journey again ... this time for life!!!
Also, I received my new dehydrator via Alissa late this afternoon and I can hardly wait to use it in the morning ... "crepes" sound so yummy!!!
I made a trip to the market today & bought lots of fruits, veggies, nuts & seeds ... it felt so "eu de naturale" when I was standing in the check out line with my cart full of nothing but RAW ... love it!
Onward ...

Am I crazy or what? ... I haven't even had a morsel of food yet this morning & already I feel "mentally" more free for having made this renewed committment ... this is so the path for me!!! Let's do this Lisa ... I'm here for you!

That's so funny! Last night - as I was eating a non-raw burrito - I already felt so much better and my sadness lifted and it was all because I knew I'd start raw again the next morning. That's a sign of how much our bodies like raw, I guess!

I'm here for you too! :)

It does feel great to have a shopping cart full of nothing but raw, healthy foods! I do know the feeling.

Great attitude! Definitely try the crepes--they'll remind you how tasty raw can be!

Okay, so I need to let my bananas ripen a bit more ... but that hasn't stopped me!!! So far I have already made the fudge balls & the walnut fudge ... OMG d'lish :)
I also have flaxseeds soaking for crackers to be dehydrated & raw corn tortillas being dehydrated as I type. This noncooking really does leave me with lots of time on my hands ... I think I'll go for a walk!
