As you know, I recently won the book. I also ordered the DVD that goes with it. I just got them yesterday. Opening the parcel was so exciting, like winning a mystery lotery prize. So, we watched the movie, one hour of it, before we had to go to bed (waaa!). Alissa is absolutely inspiring. I felt like being in her kitchen, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. I love the way she interacts with the two ladies, and I already learned a bit by watching how she prepares food. And, both the DVD and book are full of practical advice and tips, great for anyone, from a newbie to a more seasoned rawie like myself. I am looking forward to watching the next part of the movie again today. I am in love with it. Now, the best thing of all is that both Luke and I got very inspired by this experience. We are both more commited to 100% raw, and we now have a great resource to help us stay raw! Yay yay yay!!!
