I saw a nutritionist for allergies today. She seemed knowlegeable. Has anybody had any experience with Bio-energetic screening? Its supposed to be a new and highly accurate method for determining the energetic causes of allergies and ailments and also nutritional/vitamin/mineral deficiencies as well. She's helped my boss a lot who has really bad food allergies. I really have no money so I don't want to do something if its not accurate/worthwhile.

She seemed to think my problem is a result of fungus. And possibly parasites too. She said I couldn't eat even corn if its a gluten allergy. I was told to eat no sugar, starches, and limit my fats "hastilly" for the yeast infection. It wasn't a visit but just a quick screening. So what can I fill up on besides veggies? My boss said protein and veggies only. I get my calories from fruits and fats mostly. I'm thinking of doing Gabriel Cousins phase one since I can't follow Graham for even one day. But I hope I can eat an apple or two on it. I cannot think on no added fats-Graham approach....I feel better on a water fast. I'm bummed because I've been almost 100% and now this. Its depressing!! I'm afraid to eat now........

They are getting me Agrisept-L tomorrow which is antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, etc. And I have some other antifungal herbal remedies. This is the pitts! I'm not sure what to eat/not eat now. She told me warming soups, veggie based are OK and that made me feel better last night but didn't digest. Just not sure what to do now....and not sure whats up with this? Maybe too much agave and dates + nuts and seeds? :(

In my experience if you clean up your diet (detox), juice everyday and engage in some sort of execise, it should take a few weeks or so, your allergies will just go away.

I had asthma and allergies, food and environmental. I couldn't even hold certain foods in my hands, and when I first started juicing, my husband did most of it for me due to the mist of juice in the air around the juicer setting off my allergies. I was on 2 and 3 different inhalers and had to carry an epi pen with me at all times. Nuts were a major offender.

I have no problems with ANY food today. Or pollens/molds aka environmental allergies.

Its wierd because I've been almost 100% now for awhile that I have worse reactions to foods/allergins the cleaner I get. I went on a 3 day water fast not that long ago.

I might do some juicing now and Cousins approach. I'm in the middle of finals and need to concentrate. Plus I can't afford to lose weight now. Everyone is telling me something different. No cooked foods because the cooked broth has me swollen up really bad!! I feel awful........now I'm so sensitive to foods its frustrating. And my attitute hasn't been positive lately which doesn't help.....but today is a new day! :)

I read something that says no fermented products. Is unpasteurized miso fermented? I have a raw soup recipe that might give me the comfort food effect of cooked soups!
