Has anyone tried the Blessed Herbs colon cleanse? I have ordered and received the cleanse. www.blessedherbs.com Wondering if anyone has comments or opinions. It looks intense, and also the founders are raw foodists. Thanks!

I tried the blessedherbs colon cleansing fast last January. Overall, I liked it. It was my first fast and I didn't find it too difficult. The little packets that you mix with juice give you a full feeling. The apple juice keeps you going,,, and the fast did work. Hope it goes well for you.

I have tried their colon cleanse and also the 21 day entire body cleanse. I did the best option for the colon cleanse--fasting for five days--it really was not as hard as I expected. Sorry to be kinda gross but you will never believe the stuff that comes out. I was not even raw when I used it and the outcome was very intense. Around spring time next year I want to do it again after being raw for 6 months. I am hoping to have even greater results next time.
Remember to drink tons of water but like they say not right before or after your shake. The digestive enzymes they offer help alot too if you got them.
You may get cramps but just do an enema and get it over with.

Thanks so much for replying! I just gave up after three days of fasting. I couldn't do it :-( I am running around too much at work, etc. and I just couldn't finish it! I also just couldn't keep up with juicing 30 apples a day, and I didn't want to drink bottled juice. Really weird how the *stuff* did come out though. Great job on the full cleanse, wow! Maybe over the holidays when I'm resting I'll try again.
