Sometimes (like today)
I do good on raw, but then I have a set back; usally around lunch or dinner I feel "unsatisfied" and I wind up eating some SAD food.
I dont know where this feeling comes from, but sometimes it comes out of now where.
Is it that my body is telling me I "need" something?
Or am I being tricked into SAD food.

When I've felt like that, I believe it was more of an emotional craving for SAD food, not a physical craving for any particular nutrients. I am able to shut it up by pigging out on something like Alissa's fudge or apples dipped in cinnamon almond butter. Another thing that helped me avoid that all together was making a morning smoothie with hemp protein powder and coconut oil in it. Most days that I had that in the morning I wasn't thinking about cooked food during the day.

The good news is I've had that more in the beginning than I do now. So it does go away :)
