Can someone list the nuts and seeds I'm supposed to soak? And the one's I'm not supposed to soak? I don't need time tables or anything else... just a simple list. Thanks!! :o

There is very little 'supposed to'. What I mean is: The nuts that are usually soaked are almonds and sunflower seeds. They say that just about any nut or seed will benefit from soaking - although I rarely do....just out of convenience. Some seeds actually pose a problem - like Flax Seeds - because they form a very sticky outer casing when soaked.
-The individual certainly needs to make a personal call how many nuts they want to eat....how much of them need to be soaked....etc.
-About the only seed / nut that actually 'sprouts' into a sprout are sunflower seeds....so you KNOW these are very viable. All other nuts are a turkey shoot....as they would take WEEKS to sprout in regular soil....even if they are viable........so you will not see any roots.....even after letting them sit for a week. Most nuts will rot if left to soak / sprout for that long. So - when you are soaking larger nuts.....2 days of rinsing and soaking is probably more than enough.
-With a hand of kindness,
