Hi, I've been researching raw foods on the net for a while and have started increasing my raw food consumption in the past few weeks. I have been a vegan since october (was lacto ova vegetarian before). I am very interested in raw foods and I am gathering lots of simple yummy raw food recipes. I hope to learn a lot more on this forum. Right now my goal is to get to 80% rawfoods and see what happens from there.

Do you have any books to help. I have been collecting some receipes in a file as they are posted here. I will email the file to you if you want it.
