I am brand new to the raw food lifestyle, and I am ready to detox.
All I really know about the raw food lifestyle is that you can eat anything (or almost anything) that hasn't been cooked or processed, which means lots and lots of veggies, fruit, sprouts, nuts and seeds. Like I said, I am ready to detox, but I have no idea what the best way to go about doing it is. I am quite aware of the symptoms, but I haven't the faintest of how to do it!
Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you! :)
