I was making some beet ravioli and got my spiral slicer out, but then i saw my ice shaver right next to it and decided to try it for making them. it worked! so if anyone has an ice shaver but doesn't want to get a spiral slicer, it will make ribbons, but not actually noodles because it is only a blade. good for lasagna or ravioli!
