My, what an inspiring site!
I'm thirty years old, from Sweden, vegetarian with a sad eating-for-comfort pattern since early teens. Some high raw vibrant weeks over the last years, but many more weeks of grabbing a cheese sandwich & a chocolate bar for a hurried lunch...
My plan was to plunge into 100% RAW by January, but an hour's browsing has created that buzzing call *now*...so I'm off to join the December challenge...
