celtic salt

ooh, that sounds awesome! I love fennel raw, I made a salad once that turned out great that was fennel, avocado, red grapefruit, a tiny bit of thin-sliced red onions, and a lime-hemp dressing. It was a really nice combination.

Thanks for posting, I was looking for some more dressings that aren't oil-and-vinegar based too.
