Hi,
I am from Baltimore, MD and I am interested in transitioning to a Live and Raw diet. I have purchased most of my tools and equipment and I have Alissa's book/cd set. I have been transitioning to vegetarianism off and on over the years; however, I am being drawn to Live and Raw. I look forward to learning how to "be" Live and Raw.
