Tested and True Cake Recipe

Hi Everyone,

Hope you a great Thanksgiving. I feeling like getting creative in the kitchen but would love a recipe someone has already tried and loves. I DO NOT have the Alissa book quite yet. So if you could post other recipes I would be very grateful.

Thanks. I justed wanted a recipe with a hey I tried this and it was great.

I made a recipe up deep dish berry pie and it was YUMMY:

1 Cup shredded dried coconut
2 cups Mac nuts
5 Medjool dates

Process in food processor press into deep dish crust covering sides of dish.

1.5 cups aprox strawberries
1 bag frozen raspberries
Meat of 1 Young coconut
8 Medjool dates
Pinch of cinnamon

Process in food processor or you could also blend. Pour into crust Voila Garnish with fresh mint
