THAT HAS TO BE THE BEST RECIPE IN THE ENTIRE BOOK!!!! HANDS DOWN -OMG  OF COURSE I HAVE SAID THAT ABOUT OTHERS, BUT NEVER IN ALL CAPS! :D I never imagined that it would be so good! And it is slicebale and mantains its shape upon cutting! The next day it is even better! My cooked eating friends loved it and want more! I served it at the Thanksgiving Taste Feast I did (pictures are posted), and have been getting calls ever since! :)

Thanks for letting us know. Maybe I need to make it again and give it another try.

I made the Nori wraps today and was thinking the same thing as I ate my third one (oink)--just the greatest. Where do I view the pics for the lasagna? One of my fav's when I was SAD.

I'm sure there's other pictures on here somewhere, but here's at least one that someone took a while back.

Here is a picture of Alissa's recipe - couldn't scrub out the other stuff (like the bucket ;) The other dish is the turkey loaf. I did all of Alissa's steps and added marinated onions and mushrooms and leaves of spinach because I thought that it would be too watery, but alas the key is dehydrating the dish for 18-24 hours - it is sliceable.

Sweet lips and Kelly--
It looks like it's going to be an Italian week--I bought the turnips to make Rawvioli's but the lasagna is now calling my name. The pics are both great.
I really can't believe the food and I'm losing weight.
