I just made some fidge balls; they are really good.
But they are VERY sticky; are they supposed to be that way?
I put them in the frig so the will hope-fully ferm up.

yup they are usually pretty sticky when i make them. you can roll them in raw carob powder or dried shredded coconut to make them less sticky

Hey, glad to hear I wasn't the only one that had a bit of trouble with these. I waited a week for mine to "firm up" in the fridge! (Still didn't, by the way!) I ended up rolling them in ground up cocoa nibs, but I can't really see taking them anywhere, as they'll really become a mess without the chill. How did Alissa do it?
