Hamilton food pros. [Archive]

i have a hamilton food pros; but I cant get the bowl out of the lock position to wash it.
Does anyone have this pros?
If so can you tell me how to get it off... :o

slide it to the left (or right) away from lock symbol (there should be one on the base) and life up

I tried to slide it and it wont budge.

strange...try lifting it up a little whie you slide it to the unlock position

try calling their help line...hopefully they will be open after thanksgiving...

That's happened to mine and sometimes I think a little sticky food gets up in there and it gets stuck. You just have to force it a little harder....and it should get unstuck.

Hit it with the heel of your hand in the direction of unlocking. That way you're likely to force it unstuck.
