undefinedundefinedundefined Just wanted to say hi to everyone on rawfood talk...my name is Elaina and was a rawfoodist for a year and a half....I was doing great until I went back to school...and because of the stress, started eating cooked again....now...I feel and look terrible. I wanted to say thank-you to everyone on here for giving me encouragement to go back to 100% raw....I will be starting my 30 day rawfood challenge on the 4th of December...!!! I am not beating myself up over it...I definately forgive myself.....but have to be careful in not using forgiveness to slack off and be weak!!!;) Thanks Alissa for making this a great site and I fully intend to buy your book soon, and thanks to all of you, it's absolutely wonderful to read all of your wonderful posts...!

Elaina, Glad you're here. We have similar stories, in that two years ago I went 100% raw for 3 or 4 months and then "fell off the wagon" when I went back to finish my master's degree. All my health problems came back but worse than before. Or perhaps they just felt worse because I had experienced health for the first time and could compare! Anyway, you CAN get back into it again and succeed. The support on this board is fantastic, really helps!

Hi there Elaina,
Nice to have you here. We have all fallen off the raw for a time. But! ;) the good thing is that there is always this little voice (Is it you Alissa?) in our heads that tells us "Raw is the only way to go." I have had many falls myself but I always come back and feel good about it.
