a recipe i actually enjoyed!!

wow... this is in fact a miracle!! some of you may remember issues i have with not enjoying the taste of a lot of raw recipes, but thanks to the post from rawstrawberry yesterday with the recipe for: Chilled Raw Chocolate Fudge GreenChefs ... i finally found something i really enjoy!! i couldn't believe it! i was actually scared as i was making it.

i tried the almond cookies everyone talks about , i forget from who, but i didnt like them, and everyone was raving about them! so to finally try something that i was able to enjoy, i was ecstatic yesterday!!! :)

just thought i would share....
if anyone else is like me and is having a hard time finding something they will enjoy in the raw gourmet, there is hope!!!

Hi and Yes ! and I know exactly how feel when you say you are scared making it ! I just don't want to be dissapointed again either ! Have you treid the raw banana ice cream ....soo awesome. i treid it for the firsttime this week and have made it everyday,sometimes 2xs a day !

I will have to research that recipe you mentioned.

I am new to the forum. for the last several years i have been a gournmet baker focusing mainly on gourmet cheesecakes. I was actually getting bored with it however, the raw food life style offers definite challenges. I work on recipes and try them on my family { a tough crowd} so far they love everything that I have made. right now I am working on a raw carmel brownie made with all natural good raw ingredients. I love the input here and the wonderful sites.
