In Alissa book her recipe for Lasagna says that you place the ingrediants in a lasagna pan. What type of pan do you use? A small pyrex, tin, or

You'd do fine with a rectangular pyrex dish - that's like what I've used in the past for other lasagne recipes and it's been perfect. Glass is best best - metal can give tomatoes a funny taste,

You can use pretty much anything that's approx 9 x 13 or so. If that's not available to you, use a pie plate or pretty much anything that has low sides (and is not made of aluminum) and you can put in the dehydrator. In this case, smaller is better because it is rather heavy so, breaking it into two pans might serve you.
