HELP!....Noasted Turkey, but no miso....

I had plans to start the Noasted Turkey tonight, but cannot find ANY miso in my parents hometown......will it work allright without it?? I could KICK myself for not bringing mine along with me...arrrrgggg! :mad:

Just use a little sea salt instead - that's what we did when we made that recipe and it was delicious!

When I didn't get any replies, I just decided to go ahead and try it, but just added salt like you said and it worked out well. The cranberry sauce really makes it in my opionion.
