Just saw Leaf Cuisine spotlighted during "The Secret Life of Thanksgiving" on Food Network. It showed how their Thanksgiving loaf is made and how it is served, plus they mentioned a bit about the restaurant in general. Thought that was pretty cool so figured I post about here.

That is so awesome, wish I would have known about that. My mom lives near there, maybe it'll come on again and I can tell her to tune in.

I just watched it and have a question. The host mentioned that the raw chef served his food on orange plates. Is there any significance in using orange plates or does it just have to do with the colors of the holiday/season? I'm wondering why he specifically mentioned the color of the plates.
Hi, I saw that too, think we should look up some colortherapy. I know red encourages appetite, that's why so may fast food places use red in all their decorating ! Yellow is a supposed to help with mood and focus, but orange I don't know. Perhaps a combination of the the 2 ?
I thought the raw turkey looked great ! If you get a chance to view this, FYI the segment is in the last 10 minutes of the show.
