I am realizing that I need to learn about food combining. I notice when I do not combine wrong foods I do not get sleepy & feel more energetic. What are your favorites?
Thanks!

I remember the "Fit for Life" book covers it pretty well too. Not much to it really. You could find this information on the Internet and save some money. Or you could buy "The Raw Life" by Paul Nison and get a great book that covers food combining but also helps you to adapt to the RAW way of eating. I'm nearly finished with this book and it is a great book for people just starting out. Even Alissa has it as a recommended reading item.
Hope you find what you're looking for...
Cheers,
Gil
