ceasar dressing

Just wanted to say i just made this from Alissa's cook book and it is amazing!! I also loved her lemonade--i got over 50 apples for $2 at a road fruit stand as they weren't 'perfect' and so i have been making this every day--sooo yummy. Did have a question i just remembered--is there anything you do for croutons for a ceasar salad or something to give that 'crunch'?? thanks

We have crumbled up dehydrated crackers in our salads, and that is really good. Also, we made some of Alissa's dehydrated cheese yesterday, and it was so good. That would probably be excellent in a salad, too.
