pom wonderful

When I bought a "Pom Wonderful" juice.
It does not say raw; but is says all natural.
It is just the juice from the pomergranate and nothing else.
I dont have a juicer so I canot make my own juice right now.
Does or has anyone drank this?

It is my understand that POM Wonderful isn't raw... I don't know of a source to buy raw pomegranate juice and wonder if the fruit itself could be juiced. I eat the fruit but have never tried to juice it so I am not much help! Hopefully someone else will respond who can offer some advise!

Bottled juices have already lost a lot of nutrients and enzymes by just being transported and stored in a bottle on a shelf. If you don't have a juicer just do smoothies--many people are switching from juicing to smoothies because then you keep all the fiber.

I have been doing some net surfing on this topic; it is not raw; but it has a "antioxidant superpower".
I guess I will stick with it until i decide to buy or need a juicer.

I read it protects against "fee radicals", what does that mean?

As stated, Pom juice is not raw and has lost much of the nutrients and anti-oxidents due to the bottling process.

Yes, I've juiced pomegranates. The juice is sooooo good! The process itself? A pita... (pain in the ... )... and messy!!!! :p

If you have any local farmer's markets check there. I get fresh pomegranate at my farmer's market.
