Potatoes???

I am still gathering information regarding raw food and I will let you all know when I come to the "raw side" I am wondering about Potatoes, Yams and other root like veggies

I have not found raw potatoes at all inviting. However, sweet potatoes and yams can be delicious (in my opinion). Carrots and parsnips - count those in a delicious also.

When dealing with potatoes, sweet potatoes and yams, it is easiest to eat them when you de-starch them, so soakin gin icy water overnight really helps.

Okay, I didn't mean to soak in gin and ice water, I MEANT to say soaking in icy water.
