I've been thinking alot about potatoes w/ thanksgiving coming up and all and I need a good recipe. Tried Boutenko's "instead of mashed potatoes" and me no likey! Think it's the cauliflower (which I love in a salad but blended is yucky to me).
Buuut, I was just eating a bowl of cream cheese made from almond pulp and I thought, "wow this tastes just like juliano's mashed pots. So, had anyone made them w/ almond pulp or does anyone think it was the Boutenko recipe? I'd hate to waste a whole head of cauliflower again! On the other hand it's gonna take a lot of almond pulp for mashed potatoes.
