I absolutely LOVE tahini butter, but after reading the post about Maranatha butters not being raw, I am crushed! Can I make my own?

yes! You simply grind sesame seeds in your coffee grinder. It is a different consistency then store-bought, but it is easy and wonderful! :)

I love tahini also...I use it for salad dressings, my fave is few tbs tahini, carrot juice, dill seasoning and a lil bit of apple cider vinegar. The sweetness of the carrot really cuts out the bitter sesame flavor.. And then my all time fave is just simply adding carob to the 1/2 jar of tahini (I usually wait until the jar is 1/2 done because this is addictive) and stir up good....on your way to squashing any choc cravings.
