Hi rochelle and welcome.

Searching for "daily menu" on this forum yields some good posts. Here's a few:

Hope this helps. As for me personally, it varies but usually includes:
- BarleyMax in the morning hours
- Carrot (or other green) Juice in the morning hours
- Fresh fruit or Fruit smoothie (or Green Smoothie) morning, early afternoon or evening
- Veggies for lunch or dinner

Hope the above links help.

Cheers, fiddler

Hi Rochelle,

When I'm all raw, my day would look like:

a whole Cantaloupe
1 or 2 Smoothies
Salad - usually greenleaf sprinkled with raw almonds, maybe a little onion

If snacks are needed, I'll eat a banana or 2, or grab some grapes.

(I am not into making recipes, haven't found any that I like).

Have any of you heard of Fit for life, by Harvey and Karen Diamond. If so is this diet okay to follow its all about food combinding, :)
do you eat organicveggies and fruit?

Yes I LOVE those books FIT FOR LIFE!! Great information. Organic fruits and veggies are BEST to eat. I think Fit for Life is a very good book to start out on. It still allows breads/grains. But eventually getting rid of those foods would be ideal!! But their ideas about getting fresh air, exercise and food combining is essential. You can check out my journal for food meal ideas!! My favorite food is my huge salads I make with my yummy avocado dressing. Its out of this world. I usually only eat 2 meals a day and am very very satisfied!!

I am a newbie for sure. Today is my first day completely raw. I am so excited about this new way of eating/living!

Welcome.

Please look into our monthly Challenge threads. This is a great way to see what people eat on a daily basis!

Also, Alissa advocates food combining in her "Living on Live Food" book, which is excellent and extremely informative.

Personally, my diet varies day to day. Lately I've been having one or two green smoothies a day followed by a large salad for dinner. Today I also had raw honey and almond butter for a snack since I was craving something sweet. I try to eat organic whenever I possibly can.
