Frozen blueberries for the cheesecake recipe??

I was wondering if I could use frozen blueberries for the Blueberry Cheesecake in Alyssa's book. I am going to Whole Foods on Monday, so I hope they have some organic blueberries. If not, I wanted to know if I could substitute frozen. Thanks
