How long do these items last and how to store?

Can someone share with me the answers to these questions? I just received my new ingredients from Alissa. Wow, the shipment was delivered quickly! Alissa and the postman must have a special bond :)

Anyway:
1. How long do Raw Nori sheets last and where do I store them?
2. How long will the coconut flakes last and where do I store them?
3. How long does Nama Shoyu last and how best to store it? (fridge, cupboard?)
4. My Braggs apple cider vinegar has got some swirly sediment now. Is this normal? Is it still good? I've had it about 6 months in the cupboard How long does it generally last?
5. With Nori broken up into recipes, do you generally soak it before hand? If so, how long?

Thanks in advance for your answers. I've still got so much to learn about food prep and I really do appreciate your help.

1. How long do Raw Nori sheets last and where do I store them?
A Keep them in your cubboard sealed. If the bag has a seal great; otherwise store them in another sealed package. If you keep them dry they will last almost indefinitely.

2. How long will the coconut flakes last and where do I store them?
Same answer as 1!

3. How long does Nama Shoyu last and how best to store it? (fridge, cupboard?)
A. I'd keep it in the fridge - it should last years (you'll have long used it by then).

A Raw apple cider vinegar has what is called 'mother' - that's what you're describing. It's a natural part of any raw apple cider vinegar, unless it's been filtered and pasteurized. It's good!

5. With Nori broken up into recipes, do you generally soak it before hand? If so, how long?
A. No need to soak as it will absorb water from your recipe very very quickly!

I store mine in the cupboard. It got to be vinegar by hanging around and going "bad". Now that you ask, I'm wondering how vinegar can go bad. I'm thinking that's how it became vinegar in the first place. Something went "bad". *falls off the chair laughing at meself*
