I just made the best stir fry ever with Bragg's ~1/2 cup or so, ~1 tsp raw sesame oil(I ran out), so then I put in about 2+ tbsp of sesame seeds, an orange, 1 inch ginger, ~4 garlic cloves, a shallot, some water, and another 1/2 tbsp of flax oil which is opt........blended it in the Vitamix and it was so incredible! I put it on some bulk choy, brocolli, scallion, carrots, celery, and bean sprouts (about 8-10 cups in all) with some red pepper flakes, let it "wilt" for a half hour......its so incredibly yummy. This makes a wonderful white creamy asian sauce! It doesn't need to be dehydrated in my opinion, just sit for a bit.

And then I put it on top of cauliflower dehydrated "rice" I put a touch of braggs and apple cider vinegar on it. Oh yummy......my tummy's so happy right now!! :D

Oh, just wondering, how do you attach a link to your journals? I would like to put one there hoping I will get some more feedback/support. I'm hoping to do 30 days raw, but would like more feedback so that I WILL do 30 days raw! I'm posting later tonight so please visit latr! ;)

Oh yeah, I added a dollap of agave to it too!

I guess the only thing thats missing is the thickness of the sauce. So if anyone has any ideas.....I'm open! I could try more nuts/seeds next time I guess or add some vegetable?

Go to your journal page and copy the URL

Go into your profile and edit signature

Click on the Insert Hyperlink button (looks like the earth with a chain link in front of it)

A user prompt will pop up. Add any text you want like "My Journal" or something, then click OK.

A second user prompt will come up and you can paste your URL in there then click OK.

From there you can adjust your font, text size & color if you want.

Thanks! I'll do it!!!! Yeah, for some reason, its day 4 and I'm tired and down....so I need a little cheering on to keep it up! Probably some emotional detox and I'm still craving cooked.
